<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure related to the structure equipped with a thrust type one-way clutch, which can absorb an impact load generated at an instant when a roller clutch 11, that is a thrust type one-way clutch, is switched from an overrun state to a locked state. <P>SOLUTION: Between a pulley 2a and a sleeve 1a, the roller clutch 11 and a pair of buffers 12a, 12b are disposed in series in relation to the direction of rotation power transmission of the pulley 2a and a sleeve 1a.
