<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy for the position of a tube in a longitudinal direction with respect to an annular fitting, without incurring a brazing defect, in a sensor having a structure where a gap between an outer circumferential surface of the tube interpolated to a tube insertion hole 32 of the annular fitting and the insertion hole is brazed in a seal shape. <P>SOLUTION: A tube 11 comprises a small-diameter tubular part 15 and a large-diameter tubular part 17 at the back of the small-diameter tubular part. The tube 11 is inserted to a tube insertion hole 32 of an annular fitting 31, and a front end of the large-diameter tubular part 17 is locked to a rear end 32b of the tube insertion hole 32. A gap between an inner circumferential surface of the tube insertion hole 32 and an outer circumferential surface of the small-diameter tubular part 15 is not closed but in the rear end, a passage 38 is formed through which melted wax can flow from a rear end side of the tube insertion hole 32 into the gap, and the inner circumferential surface of the tube insertion hole 32 and the outer circumferential surface of the small-diameter tubular part 15 are brazed with the melted wax which flows in that passage 38 and enters the gap to be spread with wetness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
