<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl side trim capable of surely holding a floor carpet. <P>SOLUTION: The cowl side trim 40 which is provided in a vehicle 10 in which a floor carpet 30 is arranged, having a floor surface 31 to be laid on a floor panel 21, and a standing wall surface 32 that stands up to the floor surface 31 in the shape to cover a side sill panel 25, includes: a body 41; a connection 51 that is extended from the body 41 connected with a scuff plate 15 distributed in shape to cover a top face 25A of the side sill panel 25, and an extension 61 extending from the body 41 in the shape distributed downward than the connection 51.
