METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR EXTENDING AND LEVELING STABILIZERS OF CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE

A method and system for extending and leveling the stabilizers of a construction vehicle, the method comprising: (a) extending the stabilizers, so that the stabilizers are in contact with a base surface and the wheels of the construction vehicle leave the base surface; (b) in the process of extending the stabilizers, judging whether the stabilizers are steadily supported on the basic surface, and when the stabilizers have been steadily supported, stopping extending the stabilizers and executing the step (c); (c) detecting the levelness of the vehicle body, and adjusting the height of the stabilizers to level up the vehicle chassis. The system for extending and leveling the stabilizers of the construction vehicle adopts the above method. Prior to the leveling, judging whether the stabilizers have been steadily supported in the first place can avoid the potential safety hazard caused by un-steadily supported vertical stabilizers during leveling and operation after leveling.
