BRIDGE TYPE SHIP LOADING AND UNLOADING MACHINE FOR LIGHTERING

A bridge type ship loading and unloading machine for lightering comprises three main parts that are a ship unloader (1), a ship loader (2) and an intermediate belt conveyer (3). The ship loader (2) is set side below the ship unloader (1). The telescopic arm belt conveyer (21) of the ship loader (2) is located above a pontoon (4) and a ship (6) to be loaded which is on one side of the pontoon (4). The telescopic arm belt conveyer (21) can rotate and pitch. The intermediate belt conveyer (3) is located between the ship unloader (1) and the ship loader (2). One end of the intermediate belt conveyer (3) is below the outlet of a hopper (13) of the ship unloader (1) and the other end of the intermediate belt conveyer (3) connects the telescopic arm belt conveyer (21) of the ship loader (2). The ship loader (2) and the intermediate belt conveyer (3) are supported on a supporting frame (11). Using the ship loading and unloading machine that integrates the three parts into one saves lots of trailer and metal structures et al., reduces the mass of the machine, makes the whole structure of the system simple and compact, occupies less space and reduces the cost of the lightering system.
