<p>Disclosed are a method for processing a message during handover and an E-UTRAN Node B (eNB). The method comprises the following steps: when a handover occurs, a source eNB caches in a resequencing slide window a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) service data unit (SDU) following the PDCP SDU last submitted by a PDCP layer to an upper layer; the source eNB constructs a receive status of UL PDCP SDUs cell according to the PDCP SDUs stored in the resequencing slide window, wherein the cell of the receive status of UL PDCP SDUs is 2048 bits long. The present invention improves the efficiency and performance of a system.</p> |
