PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester film is provided to enhance anti-hydrolysis property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyester film comprises the following steps: supplying polyester raw material resin having the temperature of 100-160 deg. Celsius to a raw material supply opening(12) of a twin screw extruder; obtaining molten resin and discharging the molten resin at Tm + 20 - Tm + 30 deg. Celsius; and molding the molten resin on top of a film. The polyester raw material resin contains 10-50 wt% of fluff having the volumetric density of 0.2-0.7.
