A device for locking and controlling a stand, comprising a lock base (1), a lock plunger shaft (3), a spring (6), a lock cylinder control mechanism (13), a stop pin (5), and a vehicle stand (8) having a locking interface (8-2); the lock base (1) is provided with an axial through-hole (2) in which is arranged the lock plunger shaft (3), one end whereof projects, handle-like, beyond the lock base (1), and the other end being embodied as a fastening preparation for the stand (8) close to the opening (2-1) of the axial through-hole (2) of the locking interface; a stop pin blind hole (4) is provided corresponding to a pedestal of the lock plunger shaft (3), and a stop pin (5) with a spring (-6) performs clamping on the pedestal; the lock cylinder control mechanism (13) is positioned in a lock cylinder aperture (21) in communication with the stop pin blind hole (4) to control the stop pin; when the vehicle stand (8) stands on the ground, the locking interface (8-1) thereof is located at and corresponds to the locking interface of the lock plunger shaft (3). By pushing the exposed end of the lock plunger shaft (3), the other end thereof will be inserted into the locking interface (8-2) of the vehicle stand (8) so that said vehicle stand (8) is prohibited from lifting; during unlocking, the lock cylinder control mechanism (13) is driven to lift the stop pin (5) off the pedestal, and the lock plunger shaft (3) automatically returns to its position under the action of the spring (6), thus completing the unlocking of the vehicle stand (8).
