PURPOSE: A fused ring compound capable of reducing non-radioactive decay and an organic light-emitting device with excellent inner radiation quantum yield including the same are provided to implement low driving voltage, high luminance, globe efficiency and longevity. CONSTITUTION: A fused ring compound is represented by chemical formula 1. Here, R1-R11 are respectively hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, hydroxy, cyano, nitro, carboxy, substituted or non-substituted C1-60 alkyl group, substituted or non-substituted C2-60 alkenyl group, substituted or non-substituted C2-60 alkynyl group, substituted or non-substituted C1-60 alkoxy group, substituted or non-substituted C3-60 cycloalkyl group, substituted or non-substituted C5-60 aryl group, substituted or non-substituted C5-60 aryloxy group, substituted or non-substituted C5-60 arylthio, substituted or non-substituted C2-60 heteroaryl group, and - N (R21) (R22) or - Si (R23) (R24) (R25). L1 and L2 respectively indicate substituted or non-substituted C5-60 arylene group or substituted or non-substituted C2-60 heteroarylene group.
