PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cell culturing support is provided to supply chemicals into cells by adding aqueous or biodegradable materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cell culturing support includes the following steps: a chemical for promoting the growth of cells is supplied into a chemical storing tank(610); synthetic polymers, which function as a support, are supplied into a synthetic polymer storing tank(620); water soluble or biodegradable materials are further added into the synthetic polymer storing tank in order to generates pores; the chemical is injected into a dual spraying nozzle through a first supplying pipe; and the synthetic polymers and the water soluble or biodegradable materials are injected into the dual spraying nozzle; and a floating process is implemented.
