PURPOSE: A steam cleaning system of a drinking water supplying apparatus is provided to establish a clean environment for supplying drinking water by cleaning a reservoir with high temperature steam. CONSTITUTION: A steam cleaning system of a drinking water supplying apparatus includes a reservoir(10), a draining pipe(32), a supplying pipe(31), a check valve(40), a steam generator(60), a spraying nozzle(70), and a switch and controller(100). The draining pipe drains drinking water from the reservoir to the outside. The supplying pipe supplies water to the steam generator. The check valve opens and closes the draining pipe to drain the drinking water from the reservoir before a steam cleaning process. The spraying nozzle receives steam from the steam generator and sprays the steam into the reservoir. The controller opens the check valve and operates the spraying nozzle.
