PURPOSE: A heterocyclic derivative for labeling metal isotopes is provided to enhance labeling efficiency and to enable effectively radioimmunotherapy. CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 in a base and an organic solvent to prepare a compound of chemical formula 3; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 3 with NH_3 in the organic solvent to prepare a compound of chemical formula 4; and a step of reacting the compound in the organic solvent to prepare a compound of chemical formula 5.
