<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable system, method, and device for ex-vivo heart management. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of arranging a heart in a protection chamber 104 under a portable internal organ management system; a step of pumping a perfusion solution 108 in the heart; a step of ensuring the volume of the perfusion solution 108 being 200 ml/min-5L/min at a temperature of 25-37°C; a step of observing one or more physiological characteristics of the heart pulsating in the protection chamber 104; and a step of adjusting pumping characteristics, based at least partially on the physiological characteristics, so as to preserve the heart ex-vivo. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
