<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the quality of work of a content from being infringed by an application of which the operation is not guaranteed. <P>SOLUTION: The receiver 4 determines whether or not a predetermined electronic signature has been attached to a running application, allows the content only of the A(Authorized) application, to which a predetermined electronic signature is attached, to overlap the display screen or the speech, and prohibits the output of a general application, to which a predetermined electronic signature is not attached, to overlap the display screen of content or the speech.
