In this multi-electrode welding torch, an electrode rod (2) is configured into a shape having an arc-shaped curved surface region (R) in at least a portion of the cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the length direction. A collet (4) is provided with a groove (4a) in which the electrode rod (2) is fitted, the groove having an inner wall surface (4b) that comes into contact with a plurality of sections of the curved surface region (R) when viewed in the length direction of the electrode rod (2).
