The device/system (1) has a lubricator (6) delivering a constant oil quantity into a drip chamber (8) and/or a drip channel (9) by a pressure difference, which is formed between an output pressure and an input pressure. An electrical controlling or regulating device (5) e.g. 2/2 directional magnet valve, doses a volumetrically delivered quantity of oil based on needs during simultaneous maintenance of the output pressure in a chamber (2). A bypass input (10) and a bypass output (11) are guided from another chamber (4) with the input pressure to the channel or an active channel (12). An independent claim is also included for a method for using a lubricator within a pneumatic device/system.
