PURPOSE: A storm water attenuation and combined sewer overflow tank for preventing water leakage and corrosion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a flood caused by a heavy rain and to reduce water pollution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a storm water attenuation and combined sewer overflow tank for preventing water leakage and corrosion is as follows. A bottom foundation structure(1) is formed by placing lean concrete on a floor, arranging foundation bars on the placed lean concrete, and placing concrete on the foundation bars. An inner form(2) is formed on the top of the bottom foundation structure. Sheet materials(3) with conic fixtures are installed toward the inner form. Reinforcing bars(8) are arranged on the inner form in a latticed shape, and a spacer anchor(10) is installed in the inner form. An outer form(9) is vertically installed on the top of the spacer anchor. A side wall is formed by placing concrete in the gap between the inner and outer forms. Concrete mortar is spread on the bottom surface(20) of the bottom foundation structure. The sheet materials are installed on the top of the bottom surface of the bottom foundation structure.
