PURPOSE: A heterocyclic compound with improved electrical characteristic, charge transfer ability and light-emitting ability and an organic light-emitting device including the same are provided to be useful for electron injection material or electron transportation materials which are suitable for fluorescence and phosphorescence devices of all colors. CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic compound is represented by chemical formula 1. Here, R1-R5 are respectively selected from hydrogen, deuterium, C1-60 substituted or non-substituted alkyl group, C2-60 substituted or non-substituted alkenyl group, C2-60 substituted or non-substituted alkynyl group, C3-60 substituted or non-substituted cycloalkyl group, C1-60 substituted or non-substituted alkoxy group, C5-60 substituted or non-substituted aryloxy group, C5-60 substituted or non-substituted arylthio, C5-60 substituted or non-substituted aryl group, C5-60 aryl group or C3-60 heteroaryl group from the substituted amino group, C3-60 substituted or non-substituted heteroaryl group, C6-60 substituted or condensation multi-ring group, halogen, cyano group, nitro group, hydroxy radical and non-substituted carboxy group.
