<p>PURPOSE: A user copyright based application management system, apparatus, and method thereof are provided to offer an application control environment of a user by enabling the user to easily use applications. CONSTITUTION: A service apparatus(200) transmits a message to a terminal apparatus(100) in scheduling start time. The service apparatus executes the set application in a terminal device corresponding to the service apparatus according to the set schedule.
