PURPOSE: An integrated security apparatus and integrated security method using the same are provided to effectively handle a DDoS(distributed denial of service) attack by blocking learned abnormal data or another data according to policy information. CONSTITUTION: A first storage unit(15) temporally stores data transmitted to a service server(20) by a plurality of user terminals(1). When the capacity of the first storage unit reaches to a threshold value, a second storage unit(16) stores data which passes through the first storage unit. An integrated security unit(18) transmits the data to the service server or blocks the data inputted to the first storage unit. An active dealing unit(19) eliminates abnormal data learned by confirming the data stored in the second storage unit. A control unit(10) stores the data in the second storage unit by confirming the information of a policy input unit(12).
