摘要 PURPOSE: An in-situ production method for composite powder consisting of nano-alloy powder and metal oxides is provided to obtain several tens nano-meters of alloy powder by using a solution combustion synthesis method to regulate the kinds and contents of fuel materials. CONSTITUTION: An in-situ production method for composite powder consisting of nano-alloy powder and metal oxides comprises the steps of: preparing precursor solution by dissolving two or more kinds of metal salt including base metal and a fuel material including amine group and carboxylic acid group in solvent, evaporating the precursor solution to evaporate the solvent, and burning the solvent-evaporated mixture, wherein the base metal is selected from the group consisting of Ni, Co, Cr, Mo, Fe, and W.
