A harmless cigarette made by tobacco comprises two kinds of harmless extracted liquid from tobacco and a cigarette stick. Said cigarette stick comprises a mouthpiece (1), a first atomizer (2) and an electrical power/control assembly (3). The first atomizer (2) and the electrical power/control assembly (3) are assembled integratedly. A kind of harmless extracted liquid could be atomized firstly by the heating wire (32) of the first atomizer (2) when smoking. Wherein, said mouthpiece (1) further comprises a second atomizer. Another kind of harmless extracted liquid could be atomized secondly by the second atomizer. The working temperature of the heating wire (32) is smaller than or equal to 220?.
