PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for checking an unbalance disk and an optical information storage medium system applying the same are provided to improve the stability of the optical information storage medium system for mass production. CONSTITUTION: A center error signal acquisition unit(110) obtains a center error signal from a detection signal of the light reflected from a rotation disk. A noise reduction unit(160) reduces noise component of the center error signal. A decision unit(150) determines whether the center error signal having reduced noise exceeds a reference value or not.
