PURPOSE: A self-power generation apparatus using a translational motion is provided to produce electricity without artificial operation as electromotive force is generated in an induction coil while an oscillator vibrates. CONSTITUTION: A self-power generation apparatus using a translational motion comprises a buffer member(1), an oscillator(2), and an induction coil(3). The buffer member is contracted by external force, and expanded when the force is released. An insertion space(111) is formed at the inner center of the buffer member. The oscillator is placed inside the insertion space, and made of a permanent magnet. The oscillator is shaken by the external force applied to the buffer member. The induction coil is placed inside or outside the buffer member. The induction coil generates electromotive force when the magnetic pole of the oscillator is converted.
