A process for collecting data which utilizes one or more consumers with internet-enabled mobile communications devices and codes displayed in association with a product, a service or communications about a product or service, wherein each consumer scans the code with an internet-enabled mobile communications device thereby initiating the steps of: the code instructing the mobile communications device to connect with an internet server; the mobile communications device sending information from the code to the internet server; the internet server sending questions to the mobile communications device for input by the consumer; the mobile communications device sending input to the internet server; and the internet server storing the information from the code and the input as data.
