<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte battery using a positive electrode active material which has high ion conductivity in an amorphous state, and to provide a positive electrode active material which has high ion conductivity in an amorphous state. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte battery comprises a laminate obtained by laminating a positive electrode-side collector film, a positive electrode active material film, a solid electrolyte membrane, a negative electrode potential formation layer, and a negative electrode-side collector film in this order on a substrate. The positive electrode active material film is formed of, for example, a lithium phosphate compound in an amorphous state, which contains Li, P, one element M1 selected from Ni, Co, Mn, Au, Ag, and Pd, and O. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
