<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte battery using a positive electrode active material which has high ion conductivity in an amorphous state, and to provide a positive electrode active material which has high ion conductivity in an amorphous state. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte battery comprises a laminate obtained by laminating a positive electrode-side collector film, a positive electrode active material film, a solid electrolyte membrane, a negative electrode potential formation layer, and a negative electrode-side collector film in this order on a substrate.
