TELEVISION CONFERENCE RECORDING/REPRODUCING DEVICE AND TELEVISION CONFERENCE RECORDING/REPRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a privacy function during recording and to clearly display in which part of a conference the privacy function is used when recording data is reproduced.

SOLUTION: A television conference recording/reproducing device includes: a state switching section for switching a regular call state and a privacy state by a user operation; a storing section for recording voice information, video information, and privacy state information (Figure 6(2)) showing the regular call state or the privacy state at switching time of the state and before and after the switching time as a recording file; and a control section for controlling a system to realize a function corresponding to various programs developed on a memory. When the recording file is to be reproduced (Figure 6(1)), the control section displays that the state is the privacy state or that the state is the privacy state or the regular call state on a monitor according to privacy state information of the recording file. When the recording file is reproduced, authentication is requested from a user on the basis of privacy state information of the recording file and reproduction propriety of voice in the privacy state is determined by a result of the authentication.
