<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine oil pump for reducing pulsation noise caused by a change in oil pressure, by reducing a change width of the oil pressure by a sudden increase in the oil pressure of an oil pocket in a volume reducing section and sudden reduction in the oil pressure in a volume expansion section, in a suction-delivery process of oil by rotation of an inner rotor and an outer rotor. <P>SOLUTION: When engine oil sucked in the oil pocket from an oil inflow part by the rotation of the inner rotor and the outer rotor, is delivered in the oil of an oil delivery part after being pressurized via the volume reducing section isolated by an airtightness forming surface, a plunge pool is arranged in the oil delivery part, a vortex flux is formed in the oil of the oil delivery part, and a sudden pressure change in the oil is prevented by reducing pressure of the oil by consuming energy of the oil increased in the pressure by the vortex flux. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
