PURPOSE: Abalone jelly containing sea weeds and medical herbs, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily intake nutrients from abalone. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of abalone jelly comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of abalone by weight, 10-100 parts of sea weeds by weight, 10-50 parts of cinnamon by weight, 10-50 parts of Astragalus membranaceus by weight, 10-50 parts of schizandra by weight, and 500-2,000 parts of purified water by weight; heating the mixture at 100-120 deg. C for 2-6 hours to obtain a first extract; concentrating and filtering the first extract to obtain abalone concentrate; extracting abalone in purified water to obtain an abalone extract; mixing 100 parts of abalone concentrate by weight, 10-30 parts of abalone extract by weight, 50-100 parts of saccharide by weight, 0.1-3 parts of salt by weight, and 5-20 parts of semi-solidifying agent; concentrating the mixture at 100-120 deg. C for 1-6 hours; and cooling the concentrate, and packaging the obtained jelly in a container before coating and packaging.
