PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light absorbing layer of a solar cell is provided to prevent excessive selenium by mixing the necessary content of selenium with Se-Na2S-S ink. CONSTITUTION: A metal precursor layer(107) made of copper-indium-gallium alloy is formed on the upper side of a substrate(106). A powder layer(108) is formed by coating the upper side of the metal precursor layer with ink by dispersing power type diffusion materials in solvents. A substrate is thermally processed using a thermal processing chamber(10). The ink includes Se, Na2S, or S as diffusion materials. The temperature of a thermal process is 300 to 550 degrees centigrade. |
