摘要 PURPOSE: A sewage pipe flow rate management device and a method are provided to measure a flow rate of a sewage pipe and collect flow rate data in a main point of medium and large sizes of sewer networks, thereby finding a minimum flow speed by transmitting and monitoring the flow rate data to an integrated management system. CONSTITUTION: A multiple pressure sensor is installed between manholes in a small size public sewage pipe(20) of a village unit. The multiple pressure sensor measures a flow rate of the sewage pipe. A first data transmission unit transmits a flowing water pressure value measured in a multiple pressure sensor. A relay transmission unit receives data from the first data transmission unit and transmits the data to a flow rate management server. The flow rate management server determines state information of the sewage pipe by receiving the data from the relay transmission unit and analyzing measured data for each section and each region.
