<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of the porch of a secondary battery being housed in a battery rack, and to provide a replacing method and the structure of the rack. <P>SOLUTION: A battery rack 100 supporting a plurality of porches 30 is provided, at the base part thereof, with a plurality of porch receiving parts 33 each of which is provided with a removable fastening element 40 that receives and mechanically supports at least one of the plurality of porches 30.
