发明名称 ELECTROMAGNETIC ACTUATOR AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY USING THE SAME
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that driving performance is deteriorated in an electromagnetic actuator installed on an electromagnetic relay since the electromagnetic actuator with an asymmetrical structure generates suction force which does not contribute to a driving direction. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic actuator includes: a yoke 51 which has a pair of contact pole pieces which are formed of magnetic materials and confront each other; an energized coil 53 which is wound to a bobbin 52 arranged between a pair of contact pole pieces of the yoke and generates desired electromagnetic force when an energized current is conducted; a mover 55 which is formed of the magnetic material inserted into the bobbin and adsorbed to one of the contact pole pieces by current polarity conducted to the energized coil; a permanent magnet 56 which gives a magnetic field to the yoke and holds the mover adsorbed to the contact pole piece; and a magnetic body plate 57 which secures a magnetic flux path between the permanent magnet and the mover. The magnetic body plate is formed in a shape where the magnetic flux path flowing to the mover becomes a plurality of paths, and the suction force which causes deterioration of the driving performance is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
