<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which increases or maximizes the productivity and a manufacturing method of the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a solar cell module includes the steps of: forming a lower electrode 22 on a substrate 10; forming a light absorption layer 30 on the lower electrode 22 and the substrate 10; patterning the light absorption layer 10 to form a trench exposing the lower electrode 22; forming a window electrode with a conductive film 42 extending from an upper part of the light absorption layer 30 to a trench bottom 36 along one side wall of the trench and separated from the other side wall of the trench. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
