<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine scattering prevention tool for men which is disposable like toilet paper, clean, easy to use and available anywhere. <P>SOLUTION: A urine scattering prevention tool is funnel-shaped, easy to take in hand by providing a hole 3 of which the diameter is about 1 cm in a lower part and an arm 2 and prevents urine from being scattered, by allowing a user to urinate while using the tool in the same way as sampling urine in a urine vessel on a toilet bowl in the case of urine examination. The tool is made of paper which is water-soluble within about one minute, and disposable like toilet paper after use.
