<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet movable coil-shaped inner unit in which quality is improved by preventing metal powder from being generated and costs are reduced by decreasing the number of components and also eliminating the need of screw hole working. <P>SOLUTION: A permanent magnet movable coil-shaped inner unit comprises a cylindrical yoke, a magnet assembly which is disposed inside the yoke and includes a columnar magnet and a frame disposed in contact with the outer circumference of the magnet, and a spacer comprised of an elastic member. The spacer comprised of the elastic member is disposed between the inner circumference of the yoke and the outer circumference of the magnet at opposed positions in a spot where the magnet and the frame are brought into contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
