<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation type blower with a suction duct to be used for a building, which warms an underfloor space by using a heat pump, sends warmed or cooled wind generated by a forced circulator down to every corner of the closed-structured underfloor, and thereby provides a low cost air conditioning by constant radiation heat from a floor plate. <P>SOLUTION: The agitation type blower is installed so that the warmed or cooled wind produced by the forced circulator of the air conditioner equipped in the underfloor of the closed structured building is supplied to the underfloor space, and that the agitation type blower is installed in the underfloor space spaced from the forced circulator to reduce the fluctuation of the temperature in the underfloor space. Hence, the blower draws in the warmed or cooled wind via the duct and supplies the wind repeatedly in the underfloor space. The blower is provided with: an annular fun casing in the outer periphery of a sirocco fun; and a plurality of volute air passages having the inner periphery side of the fun casing as an air inlet, and the outer periphery side as an air outlet.
