Method for producing a wrap-through solar cell (70), comprising the followings steps: introducing (10; 30) contact holes (54) into a solar cell substrate (52), diffusing (14) a dopant into the solar cell substrate (52) in order to produce an emitter (82) on a front of the solar cell substrate (52) and to apply (18) a dielectric coat (88) to a back of the solar cell substrate (52) in order to passivate said back, a dopant being diffused (14) into the solar cell substrate (52) on at least part of the back of the solar cell substrate (52) during diffusion (14) of the dopant into the solar cell substrate (52) to produce an emitter (82) on the front of the solar cell substrate (52), the emitter being produced (14) partially on the back of the solar cell substrate (52), and the emitter then being completely removed (16) from the back of the solar cell substrate (52) before the dielectric coating (88) is applied to the back (18), and it further comprises the step of diffusing (14) dopant into the solar cell substrate (52) to produce the emitter (82) in a single diffusion step. |
