[Problem] Reduction of energy consumption is required for a steam boiler. A steam boiler generates steam by heating a liquid. In general, a steam boiler reduces pressure in a vessel with a vacuum pump and generates low-temperature and low-pressure steam. Although a compressor compresses a low-pressure gas for temperature and pressure increase, compressor-based compression is difficult because the volume of water, which is a liquid, increases 1,200-fold after vaporization. Therefore, technology is required for low-temperature vaporization of water and conversion into high-temperature and high-pressure steam. [Solution] Temperature and pressure of steam are made higher by a lower part structure which has the volume for liquid vaporization and adiabatic expansion, and an upper part structure providing a negative pressure to the lower part structure through a stack effect caused by heating, and steam generation energy is reduced as the lower part structure supplies vaporization heat capacity required for vaporization to external air, underground water, etc.
