HOME NODEB POSITIONING METHOD, AND POSITIONING INFORMATION UPDATING METHOD AND SYSTEM

Disclosed are a home nodeB positioning method, and a positioning information updating method and system. The positioning method includes:detecting user equipment which has switched into a home nodeB (HNB) cell, and taking the detected user equipment as target user equipment; acquiring historical location information about the target user equipment from the saved historical location information about the user equipment acquired by an auxiliary satellite positioning system; and calculating the location information about the home nodeB using the historical location information about the target user equipment.In the case of poor quality GNSS/GPS signals where an HNB is located indoors or the HNB not being equipped with GNSS/GPS, the embodiments of the present invention calculate the location information about the HNB using the historical location information about the user equipment which has switched into the HNB cell, thus indirectly taking advantage of GNSS/GPS to acquire relatively accurate location information about the HNB.
