PURPOSE: An electric actuator is provided to improve the reliability of a valve opening and closing operation by manually opening and closing a valve. CONSTITUTION: An electric actuator includes a housing(110), a motor, a rotary transferring part, and open and close limit switches(140, 150). A valve is installed at one side of the housing. The motor is installed in the housing. One end part of a shaft is outwardly protruded to form a rotary declutch part. The rotary transferring part transfers the torque of the motor to the opening and closing member of the valve to be opened and closed. The open and close limit switches are selectively connected by the rotary transferring part.
