FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine tools, particularly, NC machine tool control systems. Proposed device comprises grinding wheels, grinding wheel holder, computer, and controller. Additionally, proposed device incorporates actuators of grinding wheel holder. Also, it comprises feed transducer fitted on said holder and consisting of rpm transducer and linear displacement transducer, and speed transducer. Note here that outputs of speed transducer and feed transducer are connected to controller inputs. Controller first input is connected to computer input. Controller second input is connected to inputs of aforesaid actuators.EFFECT: higher quality of grinding, expanded machining performances.1 dwg |
