<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet nozzle pipe for achieving a stable and constant jet of a content. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the jet nozzle pipe includes a process of heating or folding back cut pieces 32 formed by making a plurality of cuts 31 in the length direction of a nozzle pipe body 10, and cooling and immobilizing the cut pieces 32 in a state that each of the cut pieces 32 is bulged outward as compared to the outside diameter of the nozzle pipe body 10, so as to produce the jet nozzle pipe having a centering function from the nozzle pipe body 10 produced by a thermoplastic synthetic resin material. By passing the process, the jet nozzle pipe including a centering mechanism performing centering positioning of a jet port 13 by bulging outward as compared to the outside diameter of the nozzle pipe body 10 can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
