<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus in which any of controls of heat, air suction speed and gas atmosphere can be operated and a manufacturing process of a sintered ore is analyzed from viewpoints of chemical reactions, using a small amount of a sintering raw material. <P>SOLUTION: Sintering experiments are performed using a sintering experimental apparatus in which a sample 1 including a sintering raw material and a heating assist agent are stored in a sample filling end part of a hollow sample tube 2, the heating assist agent included in the sample 1 is ignited by at least one of an infrared lamp 7 and an electrothermal gas heater 6 while gas is sucked from below the sample 1 by a pump 5 connected to the sample tube 2 via piping 3, and the sample 1 (the sintering raw material) is combusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
