<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small camera system for enabling automatic focus and manual focus using a distance scale and a lens barrel to be used in the camera system. <P>SOLUTION: The camera system and the lens barrel comprise: a fixed frame including an index; a distance display section displaying the distance scale; a rotation operation section capable of being positioned at a first position and a second position of an optical axis direction and rotating around the optical axis; and an engaging section for engaging the distance display section to the rotation operation section when the rotation operation section is positioned at the second position and non-engaging the distance display section to the rotation operation section when the rotation operation section is positioned at the first position. When the rotation operation section is positioned at the first position, a lens for focus is not driven even if the rotation operation section rotates. When the rotation operation section is positioned at the second position, the lens for focus is driven to the distance position indicated by the index according to an output of a rotational position detection section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
