<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely attach a circular insert on a seating surface regardless of a minute dimensional variation of the circular insert. <P>SOLUTION: Two seat receiving surface parts 6, 7 having circular sidewall surfaces are formed to constrain an outer peripheral surface 13 of the circular insert 4 to be attached on the insert seating surface 3. The two seat receiving surface parts 6, 7 are formed at a distance. The two circular sidewall surfaces include two sidewall surfaces 6a, 6b and 7a, 7b with different circular shapes in diameter. The corresponding circular sidewall surfaces 6a and 7a arranged at the distance are formed to have the same diameters as that of an inscribed circle of the circular insert 4 to be attached.
