<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic device and a radiograph display system in which radiation hardness can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: A radiographic device comprises an imaging unit including a plurality of pixels generating electric signals in accordance with incident radiation and a peripheral circuit which is arranged in an outer edge area of the imaging unit. The peripheral circuit includes a first circuit of which the radiation hardness is relatively high and a second circuit which is positioned farther from the imaging unit than the first circuit and of which the radiation hardness is relatively low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
