The present disclosure relates to devices for creating channels in bone. The devices include a housing and a cannula extending from the housing. The cannula includes a proximal end portion and a distal end portion wherein the proximal end portion of the cannula is rotatably connected to the housing. The devices also include a generally elongated member for creating channels within bone tissue positioned within the cannula. The generally elongated member includes a first generally linear configuration for movement through the cannula and a second generally non-linear configuration when advanced out of the cannula and into bone. The generally elongated member being retractable into the cannula, thereby leaving a channel within bone. Optionally, the device includes a bone filler delivery member for delivering bone filler material into the channel.
