An indoor gaming exercise device. Embodiment one comprises a computer or a TV set, a game cartridge, and a stepping direction key panel. By jumping and stepping on the direction keys disposed on the direction key panel so as to adjust the gaming screen on the computer monitor or on the TV set, the objective of exercising through game-playing is achieved. The computer and the TV set are a regular computer or a regular TV set. In case of the TV set, a game cartridge of hand-controlled game connects with the TV set and the stepping direction key panel through a signal line to form the gaming exercise device. In case of the computer, the game software on the computer enables the keys on the stepping direction key panel to adjust the screen on the monitor, thereby achieving the objective of exercising. Embodiment two works on a similar principle of embodiment one, but provides a frame on the basis of embodiment one, and is disposed with a left hand controller and a right hand controller that by turning the controllers and working together with the stepping keys, like stepping on keys alone, so as to adjust the gaming screen on the computer monitor or on the TV set. The wired connections in both embodiments can be configured to be wirelessly connected to the TV set or to the computer, and to the stepping direction key panel according to the principle of remote controls and Bluetooth technology. The present invention is low in production cost, has small footprint for storage convenience, and does not disturb neighbors. As the exercise process is integrated in games, the exercise process is not unbearable or exhausting, and is therefore particularly suitable for urban residents in small living and activity areas.
