The handle (10) has a movable gripping part of a motor vehicle (41), which is mounted on a door (40), where multiple mounting supports (11) are arranged on inner side of the door so that a part of the handle is mounted on an operative connection lever (12) in a rotating manner. A safety mechanism comprises a mass latch (20), which occupies a locking position to block the movement of the connection lever when an accident takes place. A movably mounted intermediate element (30) locks the mass latch in the locking position.
